Heard.

The only ground mentioned in rejecting the parole is adverse report of the police.

As far as the petitioner has not completed the period of one and half year since his last release is concerned, it cannot act as an impediment in view of settled position of law. 4.

The adverse report of the police is not at all dealt with but for making reference of the same.

That being so, the order impugned is quashed and set aside. 6.

The petitioner be admitted to parole on regular terms and conditions.
