The learned Advocate for petitioner submits that till date, the custody of the bullocks is with the petitioner. He further prays for stay to the impugned order. It is stated in the report that the bullocks were carrying for slaughter. 4.

I have gone through the records. It is seen that this matter needs to be heard on merits. As such, in the meantime, there shall be stay to the impugned order dated 03.12.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur till next date.
