In the meantime, the Investigating Officer shall consider the amount which is involved in the offence in question and whether the order of freezing could be set to be modified to the extent of said amount.

Let the appropriate communication be issued to the petitioner and the bank with whom the petitioner is having his account within a period of two weeks from today.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner in response to the submissions made by the learned A.P.P. Mr. Pathan assures that the petitioner shall be appearing before the Investigating Officer on 19.12.2024 at 11.00 am.
