Issue notice to the respondents returnable after three weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for respondent No.1.

Considering the nature of the crime convicted by the accused in this case, it would be just and proper to hear this petition on merits.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the cattle is in custody of the petitioner. It is submitted that the learned Judge has not considered the allegations made in the report as well as the provisions of law while passing the order. He therefore, prays to stay the impugned order.

In view of the facts and circumstances, there shall be stay to the impugned order dated 13.12.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhiwapur till next date.
