No explanation is coming forth from the Sub Divisional Officer for not filing the reply despite of he having received intimation to that effect from the office of the Public Prosecutor.

Apart from above, even if the cost is paid, that by itself is not exonerate him from the adverse conduct noted in the order dated 2nd January, 2025.

That being so, we permit the S.D.O. as prayed by learned APP to file additional affidavit.
