1] The learned counsel for the applicant relies upon the order dated 07.03.2022 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1722 of 2021, so also, order dated 23.06.2025 passed in Bail Application No.531 of 2025 and seeks parity. He further submits that the bail has been granted in favour of the co-accused on the ground of delayed trial.

2] The learned APP to verify the aforesaid orders, so also, role of the present applicant and to make submissions on the next date.

3] List this matter on 01.07.2025 immediately after fresh admission matters.
