When this Court expressed its disinclination to allow the application, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned advocate for the applicant further submits that the directions for expeditious hearing of the trial be given to the Special Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the cases pending before the learned trial Court, it would be proper to direct the Special Court to decide Special Case No.277 of 2023 as early as possible within six months.

The learned Special Court to note that, the trial is to be
