Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.163 of 2024, registered with Khultabad Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 325, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

It is a counter case of assault with deadly weapons to one another. Quarrel was on the ground of garbage ditch. Both sides were injured. The applicant and his brother were also injured. In this case, two ladies were assaulted with knife. It seems that it is a free fight, between two groups. The injured has been discharged from the hospital. There are no
14-BA.1636-24.odt antecedents to the discredit of the applicant. The trial may take its time. Hence, it would be inappropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant MANOJ RAJU JADHAV be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, on the following conditions :
(a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) He should attend the trial on each and every effective date.
(c) He should not enter village Banewadi Railway Station for two (2) months from the date of his release.
