Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicants seek bail in Crime No.121 of 2024, registered with Tadkalas Police Station, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 341, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act.

It has been alleged that all the accused intercepted the wife of the injured. One of the accused brought long knife. He assaulted one Ramdas on head, abdomen, legs and face. The applicants were holding the iron rod and wooden log. It has
been alleged against them that after the injured fell down, they also assaulted them with those weapons.

The record reveals that only one injured has suffered the grevious injuries and other have suffered the simple injuries. The weapons allegedly used by the applicants have been recovered. The material investigation has been completed against them. They are languishing in jail since July 2024. Considering the progress of the investigation and the recovery of the alleged weapon, the Court is of the view that their detention would serve no purpose. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant Nos.1. UDDHAV KESHAV DUBE and 2.
RUSHI MADAN DUBE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of like amount each, on the following conditions : (a) The applicants should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) They should attend the Police Station as and when called on written notice by the
Investigating Officer till filing the charge sheet.
