1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court has rejected Bail Applications of the applicant, however, the applicant is behind bars from 16th January, 2022. He further submits that charge is framed on 21.06.2023 and that none of the witnesses are examined till date.

2] The trial Court to submit a report within three weeks as regards the status of the trial and time it would take to conclude the matter.

3] List this matter on 30.06.2025.
