This matter was kept specifically for instructions to be taken by learned APP as to how long learned trial court would take to conclude the trial, which is now said to be at fag end. 2.

Learned APP makes a submission that, he has received instructions from learned prosecutor, who is seized with the matter in the trial court that, at the most, one month further latitude would be taken for conclusion of last witness. However, learned APP even fairly submitted that, again further one month latitude may be taken for conclusion of trial.

Taking the same into consideration, learned counsel for the applicant agrees and prays that, he may be allowed to withdraw

939-BA-2250-2024 -2the present application. However, he further prays for liberty to move fresh bail application if, within two months from today, there is no progress in the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application with liberty to move fresh bail application as prayed. The application is disposed off as withdrawn.
