This motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 27-01-2025 passed in Bail Application No.2253 of 2024. 2.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that in paragraph no.1 of the order dated 27-01-2025, granting regular bail, Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita is missing.

In view of above, paragraph no.1 of the order dated 27-01-2025 be read as under :

"1.

Applicant seeks his enlargement on regular bail on account of his arrest in Crime no.0243 of 2024 registered at Mohadi Nagar Police Station, Dist.Dhule, for offence under Sections 105, 106(1), 281, 125(a), 125(b), 324(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanshita and under Sections 184, 134, 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act."
