The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has applied for CCTV footage of the incident and the same has been provided by the prosecution. The learned counsel submits that the transcript of the CCTV footage runs contrary to what is stated in transcription. The learned counsel submits that he has handed over the pen drive containing CCTV footage of the incident to the learned APP.
