In the event of arrest of applicant- Dayanand Babarao Taru, in connection with Crime No. 420/2023, registered with Ardhapur Police Station, Nanded for offences punishable under sections 120-B, 381, 406 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

Applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 19th January, 2024 to 25th January, 2024 everyday, between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and shall co-operate in the investigation. Applicant shall not tamper the prosecution evidence.
