In the event of arrest of applicant No.1 Dnyaneshwar Tulshiram Korde, applicant No.2 Gajanan Haribhau Korde and applicant No.3 Mahadu Limbaji Korde, in connection with Crime No.642/2023, registered with Hingoli Rural Police Station, Hingoli, for offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 325, 307, 427, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, applicants be released on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount.

Applicants to attend concerned police station from 22nd SVH
