{2} 909-ABA-107-2024 Khedkar, Ganesh Bapurao Khedkar, Mangal Dinkar Khedkar, Ujwala Ganesh Khedkar, Vishnu Kisan Khedkar, Goraksha Dnyanoba Khedkar, Bhimrao @ Bhimraj Dnyanoba Khedkar, Rajendra Bhivaji Khade, Babasaheb Mahadev Ghodke, Bappaji Natha Supekar, in connection with Crime No. 1210 of 2023 registered with Pathardi Police Station, Ahmednagar for offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, they be released on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount. 5.

Applicants shall attend the concerned police station from 25th January, 2024 to 29th January, 2024, everyday, between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon, and shall co-operate in the investigation. Applicants shall not tamper the prosecution evidence.
