In the event of arrest of applicant Akash Dnyaneshwar Suradkar, in connection with C.R. No.257/2023, registered with Paradh Police Station, Jalna, for offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 307, 294, 149, 323, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant be released on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 4.
