In the event of arrest of applicants- Alka W/o Santosh Khandare and Akshay Santosh Niljewar, in connection with Crime No. 934 of 2023, registered with Hingoli City Police Station, Dist. Hingoli, for offences punishable under sections 120-B, 408, 409, 420 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 and 4 of Maharashtra Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999, they be released on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount.

Applicants shall attend the concerned police station from 12th February, 2024 to 16th February, 2024, everyday, between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon, and shall co-operate in the investigation. Applicants shall not tamper the prosecution evidence.
