In the event of arrest of applicant Shirish Kantarao Jahangirdar in connection with Crime No. 0934 of 2023 registered with Hingoli City Police Station, District Hingoli for offences punishable under sections 408, 409, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, and subsequently added sections 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
