In the event of arrest of applicant- Mansi Subhash Pawar, in connection with Crime No. 8 of 2024 registered with Azad Nagar Police Station, Dist. Dhule, for offences punishable under section 379 of Indian Penal Code, she be released on Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 911-ABA-246-2024 executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

Applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 16th February, 2024 to 19th February, 2024, everyday, between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon, and shall co-operate in the investigation. Applicant shall not tamper the prosecution evidence.
