Mr. Surve, learned Advocate for the Applicant, at the very outset, would draws attention of the Court to an order dated 07 March 2024 by which the Applicant is protected by the said ad-interim order. Such protection continues as on date. Such position is not controverted by the learned APP. At this stage, my attention is also drawn to the mediation report dated 21 April 2024, which indicates that the mediation has failed. Such report is taken on record of these proceedings.
