Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 29th April, 2024. Learned APP waives service of notice.

In the event of arrest of applicant in Crime No.263 of 2018 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, District - Beed for offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 409, 467, 120-B, read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3 and 4 of MPID Act, applicant - Surekha Shashikant Khadke be released on executing Personal Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

Applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 10th April, 2024 to 17th April, 2024 everyday between 10.00 a.m.
