In the event of arrest of applicants Dagduba Bhanudas Shinde, Rushikesh Dagduba Shinde and Bhagwant Dashrath Shinde in connection with Crime No.0041 of 2024, registered with Shirsala Police Station, District-Beed for offences punishable under sections 364(A), 367, 365, 323, 143, 149,, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, they be released on bail on executing Personal Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount.
