THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND ANOTHER Mr. S. J. Salunke, Advocate for the Applicant Mrs. M. N. Ghanekar, APP for the Respondent/State CORAM :

2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 28th June, 2024. Learned APP waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2/State.

The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant is a lady and that even if the allegations in the First Information Report are accepted, the amount alleged to have been misappropriated is already deposited by the Applicant with the bank. 4.

The learned APP opposed grant of interim relief by contending that the figures mentioned in the FIR are tentative and yet to be confirmed and hence it is not a fit case to protect the 38.aba784.24.odt

Applicant.

5.

Since the Applicant is a lady with no criminal history as per the statement made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and since there is document on record indicating deposit of amount the allegedly due from the Applicant, this Court is of the view that this case is made out for protecting the liberty of the Applicant. Hence, the following order:-
