The learned counsel for the Applicant states that though the learned Sessions Court has rejected the Application for anticipatory bail, the interim protection granted is extended for 8 days from 7th May, 2024. The learned APP opposes continuation of the same.

Since the learned Sessions Court has extended the interim protection till 15th May, 2024, this Court finds it appropriate to extend the same up to 13th June, 2024.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 13th June, 2024. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2/State.
