The protection initially granted to the Applicant by an order dated 15 May 2024. The said protection was extended from time to time. The learned APP does not controvert such position. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, states that he is ready and willing to submit the concerned profit and loss account to the Investigating Officer, which he has already done.
