The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that, although, it is the contention of the State that the liquidator was appointed on the society, however, no such order was served upon them and they continued to operate the society and also submitted audit reports to the authorities over a period of time. It is further submitted that the sale is undertaken by giving paper publication. It is also stated that the permission was granted for the sale of the property on two occasion, firstly in the year 2014 and, thereafter, in the year 2017. Thereafter, there was paper publication for the purpose of sale and by registered sale deed the property was sold. Although, first permission was granted, however, on account of the fact that the land was landlock no sale could be concluded as there was no demand. He submits that on account of rivalry between the State Officers that the present FIR
2 978 is registered after six years of the incident of the sale of the property, although, the sale was with due notice and by paper publication. 2.
The learned APP to respond to the submissions on the next date.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been attending the police station from 15.05.2024 ones in a week.

Considering the same, unless the Investigating Officer calls, further attendance of the applicant is dispensed with. 5.
Stand over to 06.05.2025.
