Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in furtherance of CR No. 258/2024 registered with Kaij Police Station, Tq. Kaij, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable U/Sec. 308, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sec. 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

At the outset, learned counsel for applicants tenders on record common order dated 28.05.2024 passed in A. B. A. No. 881 of 2024 and A. B. A. No. 883 of 2024 by me. It has already been considered while granting interim protection to applicants therein that there are three different complaints filed for the instances occurred on 14.05.2024 and 15.05.2024. In view of principles of parity, present applicants are also entitled to the

There appears to be ruckus in between two groups on account of voting of Parliamentary election. All the applicants of different applications for anticipatory bail know each other. There are counter allegations. Prima facie, allegations are not serious in nature. I propose to follow my own view taken by order dated 28.05.2024 in A. B. A. No. 881 of 2024. 4.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 27.06.2024. Learned A. P. P. waives notice for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in both applications. Call for papers from concerned police station. 5.

There shall be ad-interim protection in terms of prayer clause "C" in favour of applicants on condition that applicants furnish personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with one solvent surety of like amount. Applicants shall co-operate with the investigating officer. They shall report the investigating officer whenever called by him.

List this application along with A. B. A. No. 881 of 2024 and A. B. A. No. 883 of 2024.
