Heard learned Advocates for the parties for some time. 2.

The learned APP would draw the attention of the Court to the order dated 5 June 2024. By such order the Applicant was directed to attend the Police Station as and when called for. He would, on the basis of the record, submit that the Applicant was directed to attend the Police Station on 12 June 2025 and 15 June 2025 respectively. However, according to his instructions, the Applicant has failed to do so. It is also stated that subsequently he has attended the Police Station however, the date is not specified.

Let the learned Advocate for the Applicant file a short affidavit in regard to the two dates i.e. 12 June 2025 and 15 June 2025 on the point of attending the Police Station on the said dates. 4.

For this limited purpose, list the proceedings on 26 June 2025.

The ad-interim protection granted by order dated 5 June 2024 which was continued subsequently is extended until the adjourned date of hearing.
