Learned Counsel Mr. Sirsat holding for Mr. Patil informs that Mr. Patil is out of station, who appears for Applicant in Application for Cancellation of Bail No.117/2024, seeking cancellation of bail to other accused persons.

Learned Counsel Mr. Giri for the Applicant informs that the charge-sheet has already been filed in the matter, and submits that there is no reason why the interim relief granted by this Court should not be extended to the Applicant.
