In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with FIR No. 50 of 2024 registered with Sirsala police station, district Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 327, 427, 452, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 of I.P.C. and Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, he be released on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required and shall co-operate in the investigation.
