Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 5th July, 2024. The learned APP waives notice on behalf of the both the respondents. In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with Crime No.219 of 2024, registered with Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, they be released on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- each with one surety in the like amount by each of them.
