Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 11th July, 2024. The learned APP waives notice on behalf of respondent / State. In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with Crime No.50 of 2024, registered with Sirsala Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 326, 327, 427, 452, 143, 144, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, they be released on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- each with one surety in the like amount by each of them. The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required and shall co-operate in the investigation.
