Heard the learned counsel for applicants and the learned APP. The learned counsel for assist to prosecution seeks an
64 aba.1175.24 ors.odt adjournment.
The learned counsel for applicants submits that charge-sheet has not been filed against the applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1175 of 2024 and Anticipatory Bail Application No.1176 of 2024. Hence, protection be given to these applicants. The learned APP submits that charge-sheet has not been filed against the above referred applicants.
Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, in the event of arrest of applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1175 of 2024 and Anticipatory Bail Application No.1176 of 2024 (Rajendra Ashok Udage and Babasaheb Laxman Mugutmal) in connection with Crime No.448 of 2024, registered with Shevgaon Police Station, Taluka Shevgaon, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code under Section 3 of the M.P.I.D. Act, they be released on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- each with one surety in the like amount by each of them. The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required and shall co-operate in the investigation. Stand over to 30th September, 2024.
