Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the alleged incident has occurred on 21/01/2024 and in spite of the lapse of more than 7-8 months, the CCTV footage as well as medical certificate of the injury certificate in respect of the incident have not been brought before this Court.

Learned APP seeks time to place the transcript of CCTV footage on record.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that till any such evidence is placed before this Court, there is no evidence to connect the 962.aba1181.24.odt

applicants with the crime.

In view of this, liberty of the applicants is protected till the next date of hearing. Hence, the order:

ORDER

(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of applicants in connection with Crime No. 0017/2024, registered with Raver Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353, 333, 143, 147, 148, 149, 114, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each with one solvent surety in the like amount each.

(ii) They shall attend the concerned police station once in a week.

(iii) They shall not contact the witnesses directly or indirectly.

(iv) They shall not interfere with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.

(v) They are further directed to cooperate the investigating agency for further investigation. 5.

It is clarified that if there is evidence against the present applicants showing their involvement in the crime on the basis of CCTV footage, the interim relief granted shall stand vacated. 6.

Stand over to 18th October, 2024.
