Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 5th August, 2024. The learned APP waives notice on behalf of both the respondents. In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with Crime No.142 of 2024, registered with Bhoom Police Station, Taluka Bhoom, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required and shall co-operate in the investigation.
