2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 0065/2024, registered at Limbgaon Police Station, Taluka and District Nanded, for the offences punishable under sections 341, 307, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3] Perusal of the FIR indicates that both the applicants were not holding any weapon while assaulting
