1] Heard. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 9th August, 2024. The learned APP waives notice on behalf the respondent nos.1 and 2.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that before the trial Court, the applicant was on interim bail.

3] Considering his submissions, in the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.0305/2023 registered with Neknoor Police Station, District Beed, for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 328, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on anticipatory bail on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
