1] Heard. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 7th August, , 2024. The learned APP waives notice on behalf the respondent nos.1 and 2.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was protected during pendency of the bail application before the trial Court.

3] Considering his submissions, in the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.0203/2024 registered with Mirajgaon Police Station, Taluka Karjat, District Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 140 (3), 189 (2), 191 (2), 189

1285.24ABA (3), 190, 126, 127 (2), 115, 352, 351 (2), 351 (3) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act and Section 37 (1) (c) and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, he be released on anticipatory bail on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required and shall co-operate in the investigation.
