2] In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.0266/2024 registered with Pundlik Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 69, 351 (2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, he be released on anticipatory bail on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
