Mr. Kolse-Patil, learned counsel for the victim submits that after mobile phone of the applicant was released by the Investigating Officer, the applicant has send obscene photographs and videos to the victim. 2.

Both the parties to submit their mobile phones before Investigating Officer for verification of the above allegation and the learned APP to make statement on the next date.

Respondent No. 3 and applicant to produce their mobile phones before Investigating Officer by 17.1.2025.
