Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 23rd August, 2024. The learned APP waives notice on behalf of both the respondents. In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with Crime No.167 of 2024, registered with Wadwani Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 74, 75, 351(2) and 351(3) of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required and shall co-operate in the investigation.
