The applicant is praying for pre-arrest bail in the event of First Information Report is registered in connection with the report arising out of the death of Amol Suryawanshi (deceased). 2.
It is contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that the police has registered the Accidental Death No.60 of 2024 on 12th May, 2024 regarding the death of one Amol Sudhakar Suryawanshi under section 174 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The applicant has apprehension that the police authorities may arrest the applicant in connection with A.D. No.60 of 2024 for the accidental death of Amol. 3.
The learned APP submits that no F.I.R. is lodged in respect of the said A.D., the application is not maintainable and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both the learned counsel.

Police has registered Accidental Death on 12th May, 2024 in respect of death of Amol Suryawanshi. The applicant apprehends arrest in the said crime. Till date no F.I.R. is lodged in respect of death of Amol. If the police registers F.I.R. in case of death of Amol and if the police found involvement of the applicant in the said crime, the Investigating Officer shall give notice to the applicant before 48 hours of his arrest.
