During the course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Applicant has placed on record document downloaded from the website of the Revenue Department indicating the existence of property in Survey Nos. 59 and 62 of the present Applicants. He further submits that owing to the age of the Applicants they were not conversant about contents of the documents which were prepared by the prospective purchaser.

Learned APP disputes the fact with regard to their being any property in survey Nos. 59 and 62 of the Applicants.

Learned APP is, therefore, directed to take Umesh

939 & 940.odt instruction with regard to the documents placed by the Applicants.

Considering the age of the Applicants, till next date of hearing, their liberty is protected. Hence, the order:

O R D E R

(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest of the Applicants in connection with Crime Nos. 302/2024 & 320/2024 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 62 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs. 15,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each with one surety in the like amount.

(iii) They shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

(iv) They shall not contact the witnesses directly or indirectly.

(v) They shall not interfere with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.

(vi) They are further directed to cooperate the investigating agency for further investigation.
