Issue notice to respondent, returnable on 27th September, 2024. The learned APP waives notice on behalf of the respondent / State. In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with Crime No.279 of 2024, registered with Muktainagar Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 275, 274 and 123 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, he be released on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required and shall co-operate in the investigation.
