By order dated 30.09.2025, this Court recorded the grievance raised by the Investigating Officer that despite the interim order granting protection to the applicant, subject to the condition of attending the Investigating Officer, the applicant-accused failed to comply with the said condition and did not attend the Investigating Officer. Thus, the applicant violated the conditions imposed by the interim order dated 11.10.2024.

This Court had taken note of such non-compliance. However, in the interest of justice and by granting a last opportunity to the applicant-accused, he was directed to remain present before the Investigating Officer on 06.10.2025 at 01:00 p.m. in connection with Crime No. 245 of 2024. It was also made clear in the said order dated 30.09.2025 that in the event of failure to appear on the aforesaid date, the interim relief granted in favour of the applicant shall stand vacated. Learned APP, therefore, seeks time to take instructions. 3.
