Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that as the husband of the Applicant had opposed to the illegalities committed by the informant before the Charity Commissioner and hence, present First Information Report is lodged against her. It is his
- 2 - further submission that the alleged mis-appropriation relates back to the year 2011 which indicates that it is a case of false implication. 4.
Having regard to these facts, liberty of the Applicant is protected till prosecution is heard in the matter. Hence, the following order :-
ORDER
(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest of applicant in connection with Crime No. 0194/2024, registered with Beed-City Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 423, 409 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, she be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.
(ii) She shall attend the concerned police station once in a week.
(iii) She shall not contact the witnesses directly or indirectly.
(iv) She shall not interfere with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.
- 3 - (v) She is further directed to cooperate the investigating agency for further investigation. (vi) Learned APP to communicate this order to the concerned Investigating Officer.
