Learned APP has produced on record a communication dated 04.02.2025 stating that after the interim order dated 22.10.2024, the applicant failed to appear before and attend the Investigating Officer. The report to that effect is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

Learned counsel for the applicant was directed to take instructions. Today, he submits that the applicant is not responding to his calls and has failed to give any instructions regarding his attendance before the Investigating Officer after obtaining the interim order.

Thus, by way of a last opportunity, the matter is adjourned to next week. If the applicant is found to be in violation of the interim order, the interim relief granted in his favour shall stand vacated on the next date of hearing.
