Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 22/11/2024. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondents/State.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that, co-accused, whose name is mentioned in the first information report has been granted interim protection by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1285/2024 by an order dated 26/07/2024. He drew attention of the Court to the order dated
(2) 08/10/2024, passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1666/2024, wherein it is held by this Court that, person who was alleged to have been abducted, has not made any compliant or any grievance against applicant.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts, liberty of the applicant is protected till the prosecution is heard in the matter. Hence, the following order :-
ORDER
(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest of applicant in connection with Crime No.0203 of 2024, registered with Mirajgaon Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 140(2), 140(3), 142, 46, 49, 61(2), 189(2), 191(2), 189(3), 190, 126, 127(2), 115, 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/25 of the Arms Act and under Section 37(1)(C) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, he be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.
(ii) He shall attend the concerned police station once in a week.
(3) (iii) He shall not contact the witnesses directly or indirectly.
(iv) He shall not interfere with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(v) He is further directed to cooperate the investigating agency for further investigation. (vi) Learned APP to communicate this order to the concerned Investigating Officer.
