Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2/State.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the coaccused against whom similar allegations are made are protected by interim order dated 25th October, 2024 passed in ABA No. 1876/2024. He, therefore, seeks similar order. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of applicants in ABA No. 1973/2024 and ABA No. 1974/2024 in connection with Crime No. 212/2024, registered with Dondaicha Police Station, Dist. Dhule for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 74, 125, 189, 190, 191, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 37(1), 37(3) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each with one solvent surety in the like amount each.
(ii) They shall attend the concerned police station once in a week.
(iii) They shall not contact the witnesses directly or indirectly.
(iv) They shall not interfere with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.
(v) They are further directed to cooperate the
investigating agency for further investigation. (vi) Learned APP to communicate this order forthwith to concerned police station.

Learned APP for the respondent/State in ABA No. 1876/2024 shown his inability to work out the matter for want of investigation papers. At his request, stand over to 13th December, 2024. Interim relief to continue till the next date of hearing.
